“Ethan arrived right on time for our home inspection and did a thorough job of explaining the process for both my husband and then again for me when I arrived later. He could answer every question and impressed me as being very knowledgable as well as thorough. We chose to dry fog the entire 3 levels of our home. Ethan also explained what we should do to get ready for that treatment to get the humidity to a certain level. He was also the professional who fogged the home. He left a voice mail when he was done and frankly if I could have Ethan around as a personal assistant for the rest of my life I would be happy. He again arrived exactly on time and even emptied a full dehumidifier, reset all dehumidifiers at end of day as well as turned on the thermostat fan without changing our temp settings, even brought in a couple packages that arrived, shut off all lights and secured house when he left AND except for the expected vinegar smell you would never know he was here. The place was perfect. With other contractors not even returning calls this company really rocks!”

We apply an antimicrobial agent onto all surfaces to limit future microbial regrowth. The coating forms a covalent bond with the surfaces it contacts — invisible, imperceptible, and it does not off-gas or contain harmful metals or irritants.
