“We had really good luck with pure maintenance, we are having some mold issues right before Christmas and as most people around the holidays money is tight. Instead of trying to sell us and push their products on us Nick who was doing the estimate, was extremely friendly and helpful. He basically saw the issue right away and said it was something that we could handle ourselves when the last company came out said we would need to do something right away and it was gonna cost around 2500$! Even though Pure maintenance drove 45 mins to come to our house they didn’t rush the process even though from the first 5 mins Nick knew that we weren’t going to be spending any money with their company at this time.
